We are proud to announce the acceptance by the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency(POEA) of our application for the renewal of the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) Certificate. POEA also certifies that RCP is authorized to engage in the deployment of Filipino Workers under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) of Japan.

RCP received from Japan its formal signed Letter of Appointment today as the preferred supplier of skilled Filipino personnel for the very large Japanese Hospital Group Tokushukai General Incorporated Association (TGIA)
TGIA is a huge organisation owning some 71 Hospitals and employing > 30,000 personnel. The LoA was executed in Japan by the Group’s incoming Chairman Dr Hisakki Afuso and sent to RCP in Manila
We are excited and grateful and we look very much forward to the continued involvement and support of our strategic partners abroad as we grow RCP into a significant global supplier of Filipino skilled manpower.
The photo was taken in Manila late last year during the high level negotiation visit of TGIA Senior Manager Masanori Sato

Illegal recruiting of overseas workers from the Philippines comes with severe sanctions including but not limited to agency blacklisting, heavy fines, and imprisonment. Operating as a recruitment agency in the Philippines to send Filipinos to work abroad without a valid license secured from the POEA is illegal.
Every 4 years, global manpower supply agencies registered with the POEA are required to have their expensive operating licenses audited, scrutinised, and justified as to why the agency should be permitted to continue operating. The POEA sets the framework for the registration of foreign employers, the processes, and standards of the licensed agency and more importantly ensures as best it can, the safety of Filipino’s who seek to work abroad.
The license renewal application process is a testing time for all agency owners. The process is robust, vigorous, and thorough as its intention is to ensure the integrity of the owners and operators of the licenses.
We are both pleased and proud to announce that RCP’s POEA license renewal application has passed all the appropriate renewal balances and checks with the result that its license has been renewed for a further 4 years
