Pre-Arrival:

Upon request we can pre-arrange your accommodation for your stay in the Philippines (a reservation fee may be required). You will need a valid passport. No visa is required unless you intend to stay longer than 21 days. It is advisable to check with your local embassy for all matters relating to your proposed visit (visa's, health, security, currency, travel advisory's, climate etc) to the Country!

Depending on your accommodation requirements and your proposed length of stay you can choose accommodation ranging from serviced apartments to luxury or even budget hotels. Because of the very heavy traffic in Manila it is recommended that you stay close to the RCP office located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Upon Arrival:

Upon Arrival: As a valued RCP partner doing business with us here in the Philippines our vehicle and driver will be available to you 24/7; From collecting you upon arrival at the airport, to chaperoning you around Manila to finally transporting you back to the airport at the completion of your visit we will be delighted to serve you.

RCP Recruitment Process

RCP follows a thorough recruitment process so as to help find you the right people for your business needs. Included in this process is the gathering of information of previous work experience, educational history, language assessment, character checks, police clearances, skills assessment, psychometric evaluation, health checks, work ethic and more

1. Receipt of initial enquiry.

2. Response to initial enquiry in order to assess your specific requirements.

3. Presentation of sample resumes based on specific requirements.

4. Registration of your company with Philippine regulators.

5. Sourcing quality candidates with the right skills and experience.

6. Pre- Screening of candidates against your specific requirements.

7. Compiling a short list for your consideration.

8. Assembling of candidates for detailed interviews.

9. Arranging the testing venues and the skills testing of your preferred candidates.

10. Assisting with administrative matters related to the above.

11. Induction and orientation of host country and host employer.

12. Assisting with mobilization and deployment.
